Fried onions and tomato salad with fruits
Tomato salad with kiwi
Ingredients
A tablespoon of sunflower oil
A large tomato
A plum tomato
A large kiwi
Parsley
Chia seeds
Sea salt (optional)
Preparation
Slice the tomatoes and decorate the plate with the slices. Slice the kiwi and place the slices on top of the larger tomato slices. Chop parsley. Spread the parsley together with chia seeds and perhaps a bit of sea salt over the plate.
Fried onion with fig and peach Ingredients
A large onion
A small tomato
A peach
A fig
Fennel seeds
Sea salt (optional)
Preparation
Heat a pan with sunflower oil. Chop the onion. Fry the onion while stirring occasionally. In the meantime, slice the tomato, kiwi, peach and fig. Add the tomato after a while. Then when the onion is almost done (according to your personal preference), add the rest of the fruits, save the fig. Slice the fig and decorate with along the rim of the plate. Season with fennel seeds and perhaps a bit of sea salt.
